Our Henna shampoo bars are vegan, made from luxurious oils and butters, such as avocado oil, macadamia nut oil, pure olive oil, golden jojoba oil, and shea butter. They provide rich lather, clean your hair without weighing it down. Please note that this shampoo bar doesn’t dye your hair. Henna aids in making hair bouncy, glossy and healthy when used on a regular basis.

Coconut Free and Palm-Free.

Handmade from scratch using traditional, old fashioned method of soap making to ensure a high quality and luxurious bar soap for yourself and your family. Made in our home studio in Washington State.

The benefits of solid shampoos:
• They do not take up space.
• They are very easy to transport everywhere (no risk of leaking, no travelling restriction).
• They are zero waste.
• They are economical because they last much longer than a bottle of shampoo.
• They are easier to dose, there is no risk of wasting it by pouring too much in the hand.

Shampoo and hair conditioner bars contain no parabens and no plastic waste, so thank you for considering using more natural products that are better for you and our environment. My intention is to make products that you will love and I dont want to waste your hard earned money on something that doesn't work for you. Please read below if you are new to shampoo and conditioner bars, or are currently living in hard water area before purchasing.

New to shampoo and hair conditioner bars:
If this is your first time using a shampoo bar, you will experience a transition period. During this phase, your hair is trying to get used to natural shampoo from liquid commercial ones. Your hair will be waxy, dull, and overly dry or over oily, or in some cases - both. This transition period takes about 2-5 weeks depending on how much detoxing your hair needs. Once this transition period is over, your hair will be soft and silky again.

Hard water:
If you live in a hard water area, natural shampoo bar soap binds with the minerals in the hard water. This will result in dry, straw like, and waxy hair. An apple cider vinegar rinse should help. I use 1 tablespoon vinegar mixed in 1 cup of distilled water and rinse right after shampooing and before conditioning. Another thing you might consider is replacing your shower head with an inexpensive water filter shower head.
